酒店离美食城很近，有漂亮的外观和优质的服务。房间宽敞，卫生间很大，阳台也很大，还有一个浴缸可以边观海边泡澡。早餐比较丰盛一直到11点。泳池也有好几个就是都很浅。海边只能看看，不让游泳，这点海棠湾不如亚龙湾好。

很棒的酒店，第一次来三亚玩，第一天就入住海棠湾的红树林，果然名不虚传，酒店大厅一眼就能望见大海，有种心旷神怡的感觉，穿过大堂走几百米就到了海边，很是方便。再说说酒店的服务，每个服务人员都很客气，尤其是帮我办理入住的一个叫Josh的小伙子很是周到，服务很用心。非常不错的一次体验，下次来三亚还住这个酒店。

酒店环境很好，海景房确实很漂亮。屋内的设施很棒的，但是阳台的设施有生锈，有蜘蛛🕷️存在，让我对酒店的印象大打折扣。并且服务员的态度还好，但是业务水平有待提升，办理入住、退房手续时效率过低了，与星际酒店的水准不相符，有点失望。更别说中间出现的失误了。
