号称七星级的红树林徒有虚名！房间装修很一般，五星都达不到，而且有股难闻的味道！早餐非常一般！只有泰国菜确实不错！另外海景房视野不错。

选了很多家才决定选这家 入住以后才发现我的选择是对的 我们是晚上12点到的 行李一到门口有专门的人帮我们拿 办理入住以后 一进房很干净 阳台很大 如果是情侣去的话 建议带一瓶红酒哦

冲着品牌及号称7星酒店而去，可惜有点失望，价格7星，房间装修之随便，用料非常不严谨，早餐也一般，还订了连住2晚，海棠湾品牌众多下次不会选择它

除了酒店造型吸引人，其他没有一处满意的。房间内设施质量一般，卫生就更没得说了。连住四晚，房间边边角角的卫生压根儿就没碰过，所以角落会有各种虫子，直到最后走的一早起来发现虫子爬到床上了。
所以凡事想要来三亚的，尽量选择亚龙湾，位置好景色美，每个酒店的设施服务卫生都要好得多！
写评价只想给后来的旅客做参考，不想说服务员怎样工作，但不否认管理的疏忽和不注重细节！
