酒店公共区域装修不错，房间里一般，设施都比较新。除了顶层泳池，就没什么值得说的了。其他评论里带海景的图绝对都是假的，酒店离海边还有五公里左右，只能远远看见凤凰岛那几栋楼，酒店旁边是城中村，面积还挺大，肯定是没什么景色可言。服务一般，前台都是爱搭不理的，早餐更一般，热菜五六样，包括香肠鸡蛋什么的，水果五六样，面包五六样，基本这就是全部。入住房价是四百多，说是五星酒店肯定是差远了，之前住的亚龙湾假日度假酒店和三亚湾皇冠假日酒店，差距非常明显，四星都很勉强，基本符合或略有不足四百多这个定位，性价比只能说一般吧。

分子悦楼和康年楼，差别是主题房是套房，其他是标间；步行30min到最近的三亚湾海边沙滩，去海滩路上距离酒店1km有青春颂广场有餐饮和超市（比较大）；酒店硬件不错，一楼中庭花园比较大，三层无边泳池尚可；早餐四星水平。
