性价比很高的一家公寓，景色非常好，在房间里和阳台上就能看见东方明珠陆家嘴还有黄浦江，出小区大门就是公交车站，离地铁也近，会推荐亲属来

房间干净温馨，房东人很好，交通方便，出门就是地铁公交，小区周围就有很多饭店在房间里就能看见，小区价格也便宜，下次还回来

二十年来住过最差的。在小区内，属于居民住房，半天没找到。一晚上几乎没有睡着，闷热，空调燥声大。电视看不了（WLAN信号太差）。卫生间比旅社的都不如，没有配套用具。除了周边环境较好外，其它一无是处。

在阳台可以看到东方明珠，黄浦江，视野很好！老板人很好，离外滩很近，两元坐渡轮就可以到江对岸，很方便！

景观极好！房间够大！床好玩！在优点明显的情况下，缺点也有：一是其中有小卫生间没打扫，气味很大，只好关着不打开。二是厨房能否有个电磁炉和锅子，只有一个电饭锅，不太管用。
