江景没得说，晚上视野好的不行，坐地铁到南京路步行街就三站，非常方便，附近就有游艇会，可以看豪华游艇，步行几分钟就到轮渡，两块钱坐船过江到对岸就是东方明珠。

预定时的网上描述以及和店老板通话对房子的介绍，与实际情况不符。比如网上地图显示位置是在一个不错的小区，实际是小区旁边的一栋旧楼里面，老板说都是落地窗，实际窗台高1.2米。毕竟租金不贵，但也希望能诚信经营，如实介绍。江景还是有的。

酒店就在江边近外滩，房间直接看到明珠塔！但房间设施一般，一分钱一分货，这个价钱有这样的环境很不错了！

私人住宅改的，房间和照片有很大出入。装修已成旧，连快捷酒店都比这个好，没有前台，没有客房服务，开三个空调就断电了。以后还是不找这种私人的民宿了，价格也不见得便宜，直到现在最失望的一次！
