适合家庭出游，最大房，可以住八，九人。这是公寓谈不上哪种酒店式服务，但很干净。楼下走150米左右就能见到一个社区食堂式餐厅，种类很多，早中晚都有很方便，价格也便宜。

在携程预定好付了款，赶了一天火车 出租车之后，那天下雨路上耽误晚上10点多才到，这个公寓没明显标示不太好找，好不容易到了找不到前台接待，打电话给过去对方说太晚已经睡了，要我找别的地儿去住，好说歹说才答应可以入住了。
位置不错是江景，设施卫生大约是连锁快捷酒店水平，入住后要另外付押金给房东。

酒店环境倒是没的说，只是旁边悦榕庄酒店在开趴体，音乐很吵，直到晚上11点才消停。建议需要安静的旅客慎入
