景观非常好，房间宽敞明亮干净，虽然天气很冷但因为房间朝南的没有阻挡直接可以看到海景，所以白天阳光照一天晚上屋子很暖和，开空调会感觉热。

跨年和朋友一起，选了6室的房型，房东人很好很热情，特别为我们布置了一个房间，方便我们坐在一起吃饭聊天～不得不提的是窗外的景色真的非常棒，完全没有遮挡的看到东方明珠等建筑，只可惜当天雾霾严重，影响了观景。天气好的话，一定更加漂亮。房间都很干净，应有的设施也一应俱全，很满意的一次体验！

洗漱用具基本没有，卫生条件很差，洗澡水不稳定，基本没有什么很赞的地方，唯一还算是可以的就是可以看到江水。
