优点：老板主动服务，主动提供信息，视野开阔，外滩大景呈现，空调很劲！有待加强与改善的地方：打开电视的方法可以打印一份贴在电视旁边；燃气烧水的方式有时水不暖，冬天比较麻烦；因是老小区，故房间之外的公共设施场所比较老旧，与外滩的气质难以统一，不过这个价已经物超所值！
