I recently had a wonderful stay at the Orange Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Yan Yan at the front desk.
Yan Yan was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. She was always willing to assist with any questions or requests, making me feel welcome and valued.
I highly recommend the Orange Hotel and would like to give a special shoutout to Yan Yan for her exceptional service.

设施齐全，房间衞生比较整洁，但楼下有个施工工地在干活，施工噪音有点影响睡眠，服务员面无笑容，不喜不燥，标准化工作。早餐能吃饱。

隔音效果挺好的 很喜欢小度 比较智能化衞生也不错 空调效果也很好 入住很方便 送餐有机器人 下次来还会选择这家哈哈

来世博园看展选了这家酒店，第一次入住桔子酒店，感觉非常好，日式装修感觉简洁温馨房间智能系统安装非常方便，外卖机器人送餐时效快，只能説这个价格在上海，不论是房间大小、酒店的硬件以及服务，性价比非常高了

周末带小朋友住酒店，第一次体验桔子酒店，住了一间都市雅痞大床房，这麽便宜的价格有外窗深得我心，员工服务都很贴心，非常棒!表扬下早餐时间开到11点，完美照顾到亲子出游。白天到上海世茂广场店逛逛，很不错，总之，还会再来的~

环境优秀，服务态度很好，也很有耐心。有外国人前台也能无障碍交流。本来12点退房也能延後到两点，很人性化。每天也会打扫，电视也能投屏，属实是刷了一波好感，真心安利大家这家店！

带孩子出来上海玩，在网上看到这家酒店，大堂有淡淡的桔子味，前台办理入住送小礼品，而且还贴心给孩子准备了小拖鞋和小童牙刷，服务很周到，房间里衞生乾净，空间很大，房间里面小度操控，有机器人送物很方便，孩子玩的很开心，早餐品种多样，工作人员们都很热情的打招呼，还有桔子的小饼乾和软糖很好吃，退房还送孩子好多，有机会下次再来[强][强]
