The location is a bit inconvenient if you want to take the Metro. You probably have to take the taxi to be accessible. The food is good and the rooms are clean. The front desk service is fair only, but they answered your concerns.

All good- perfect 24 hours in Shanghai for the half marathon?? Great location, easy access to metro and share bikes and great food! Super friendly staff too. Solid rest before the race in a nice big comfortable room. Thank you ??
When I arrived at 3pm, my room wasn’t ready. Not a big deal, as I had to go pick up race bag. And I got a 3pm late checkout. Very helpful staff, despite the language barrier.
Only negative thing was some ******* smoking in the hallway right outside my room- I had the room at the end near elevators. I know this isn’t a hotel problem- they can’t control who visits??
