非常糟糕的体验。
首先是衞生问题，里面设施有些旧了，而且电视柜上面还有很多墙灰感觉应该是维修过没有再打扫了。
其次，噪音很严重，从早到晚都有噪音，就很像突然有人过来敲一下你的门一样的，但因为很晚了，就想着算了，没必要找酒店了。
结果，我们的体谅没换来什么好的服务。服务体验差到离谱，感觉前台不怎么搭话且很没有朝气。我们就提出了一点点诉求，但前台就只会冷冰冰的拒绝并要求付费，一点商量的余地也没有。在此也不过多赘述了，在此劝大家，如果想要好的服务好的体验，还是另择更优。

Within the price range of this hotel, nothing in central areas can come close to the comfort and quality of this place . Don’t be discouraged by its title “services apartment “ ; it has 24 hours reception , better service , bigger rooms than any hotel at this price . It’s a new building with clean , no-smell lobby, hallways, elevators , rooms .
Most importantly excellent noise insulation , no water, flush sounds from the neighbours , no traffic noise whatsoever , which is almost impossible to find in Shanghai at any price . I had my best sleep here . Also don’t be discouraged by distance /location; In Shanghai if you are near any metro line, there is no far place . This place is 20 mins by metro to the heart of the city people’s square directly on Line 1 . No more than 30 mins to all major attractions . Hotels 3 mins walking from the metro station line 1

房间整体还不错，需要的东西还是有的！没有USB接头，只有插座，还是不错的。服务也挺好，就是得每天12点续卡，不然进不去。

服务：前台很nice把房型做了升级

据説低楼层有点吵给的7楼蛮大的，就是有天晚上KTV音响确实有点吵。其他两天都不错算安静。房间打扫的乾净，每次补水都很积极，还有小食赠送，建议书桌上的枱灯搞亮点就更好了
