The entrance was at the back of the hotel which was strange. The concierge is very nice and they provided everything we needed. However, there were lots of flies in the room. Also I couldn’t access the amenities.

They upgraded the room to a room with windows for free, and the service at the front desk was very friendly. When I ordered food, the robot brought me to the room, which was very convenient. I am willing to use it again next time.

Less than 5mins walk to pengpu xincun metro stn. Clean n spacious rooms. If call didi, gotta go to main rd to board as no car stop in front of the hotel. Easy to get local food near the hotel, there's also hair salon, spa for massage n nail salons across the hotel. Takes abt 20mins to get to Nanjing Rd by metro

I stayed at the second building of this hotel which is less fancy. The location is great, close to the metro, even if a bit far from the city center. The room was relatively clean but had an issue with water accumulating in the bathroom. The breakfast was basic but still good. Unfortunately, they start packing food a bit in advance before the end of breakfast time. The laundry on the floor was in a sorry state, half of the washers were broken, and only one of the two tiny dryers was working (and not good at all at drying stuff). The staff was a bit rude during the check-in, seems like they aren't used to hosting foreigners much. However, on the last day during the checkout, the staff was very helpful and even helped to carry the luggage to the taxi which arrived at the wrong location.

This hotel is walking distance to Line 1, Pengpu Xincun, exit 2. If you're getter off at Shanghai Railway station you don't have to change subway lines to get to Pengpu Xincun. My room was on the 9th floor. Very clean and I had no complaints. ALL the Hotel staff were very helpful. There was an evening nite /food market (just outside the hotel entrance). Evening sunset was beautiful from my room. Thank you for your service.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was super clean and very spacious. I loved the classy interior. Very close to the Metro. The neighborhood is quiet and I could not hear any noise from the street or from other hotel rooms. The mattress was a little hard, but the pillows were comfortable. There is a Starbucks in the neighboring building and a few small restaurants. Good value for the money.
