酒店的地理位置好，环境也特别的好，靠近虹桥枢纽站，入住的大床房宽敞整洁床品舒适，衞生间还有防滑垫，房间里面还有电视投屏，高速的无线网络方便办公，特别温馨的是房间里面还有专用泡茶的茶具，祥源精致茶包和上海特色葱油饼乾，饼乾的味道不错，宾客服务中心的Judy Chen帮忙提前安排了房间，景观很好，其次，Hayley Zhou和Abby Zhang的服务也贴心周到，响应快超有耐心，全程体验满分，真心推荐必覆住。

入住酒店，各方面都满意，而且让我倍感温暖，房间帮忙升级到了酒店的高层，视眼宽阔，房间明亮，而且房间里面还放了茶具，有茶包和上海特色的饼乾，满满的下午茶满足感立刻拉满，酒店的设施齐全，衞生乾净又整洁，大堂和门口，以及走廊上都布置了新春装饰，年味感浓浓的。特别感谢宾客服务中心的Judy Chen和Shirley Ma，热情告知早餐的地点和酒店一楼售卖机的情况，早餐也很好，中西结合，小馄饨很好吃，临走一杯咖啡暖心怀。因为酒店的地理位置很好，会推荐身边的朋友，希望他们也会和我一样，感受到希尔顿这份来自冬天的暖意。下次来上海还是会选择这里

酒店view很好，床铺也很舒服，服务也很好。可是缺点也很显着，一个是不隔音，晚上隔壁屋声音，早上服务员打扫的声音都特别吵。一个是信号非常不好，链不上网，5g也只有两格，很影响。一个是酒店洗澡间居然关不严，好在也不漏水。三个缺点非常显着，希望改进

本次入住上海虹桥祥源希尔顿酒店，一切都很顺利，房间设施齐全，衞生很好，环境清静幽雅，然后地理位置也很优越，离虹桥枢纽站很近，前台服务人员Berry Celine服务很好。房间很安静。期待下次入住。

2. 衞生：床品一客一换，衞生间透亮无水垢异味，清洁很到位。
3. 设施：酒店很新，办公桌椅舒适，充电接口贴心，用着顺手。
4. 服务：重点夸Sara！办入住时耐心解决问题，还帮我注册会员，超暖心。
5. 位置：近虹桥枢纽，通勤省时，商务选它超合适。
