房间整体都挺好的，设施上能到五星级标准，但是电梯的门禁有时候没有启用，直接可以按楼层。在人员服务上面还需要提升，首先是每次进酒店都没有人主动打招呼或者询问拿行李，入住时办手续太久，一直在登记各种信息，确实很繁琐。押金一般按入住天数收，大约一晚800到1000，整体服务员给人一种不太满意感觉，与其他地方的希尔顿在服务上存在一定差距。
