酒店套房灯光太暗了，大堂前台的服务不太热情，冷冰冰的感觉，我们2对情侣出游 他们也不把我们安排在一个楼层 明显春节期间 酒店客人就很少 餐厅早餐时总共没有2~3桌，很明显就是故意一间给低层楼一间给高层，酒店始终以各种理由不给我们安排到一个楼层……酒店的大堂太小家子气……也不算正规五星级酒店……早餐就那样 没觉得很好……菜品少 总之下次不会选择入住 可能酒店觉得自身地理位置好所以比较拽……也是很无语😓

离地铁700米，外滩1公里左右，离南京步行街挺近的。设施齐全，住两晚会打扫房间 。

不错哦。离外滩大约一站路，从高铁站坐地铁10号线，到了以后走一段就能到了。安静舒适，套房面积较大，房型卫浴都不错。下次来上海还会订这家。就是灯光稍微灰暗，最后一晚有跳闸的现象，但是服务不错。
