五星酒店服务和设施能这么破，也少见了。洗澡发现房间里完全没浴巾和地巾，这么破旧的酒店设施，还一定要摆一个怎么都不下水的破浴缸，才显得更像是老牌酒店。让客人洗一半时发现水下不去，然后等半个小时来修 修也修不好 换房间也半天每天理。一星不能更多
