酒店设施无比之旧，房间里全是灰，门也坏了，电视机遥控器也老化了，服务态度不好，并且空调温度也不能调！晚上冷还没有被子！

环境差，不干净，走廊上的地毯臭烘烘的，大床房就是用两个小床拼的，卫生间又小又脏，早饭都是冷的，包子还是隔夜的。还没空调把我都冻感冒了，价格400多不说，停车还不给停车票还要钱！气死我了，服务员态度也非常恶劣！从来没有住过这么差的房间，快捷酒店都比这好，还大酒店呢，一点不符合大酒店的标准！一晚冻醒12回，想要个被子，服务台电话也不接！
