服务挺好，房间挺大的，尤其是是卫生间挺大。交通的，对于带6岁孩子家庭来说，离地铁口还是有距离的。缺点:床太软，地毯太旧

住在1515房间，卫生间门对着床（不好），晚上洗澡前放在电视机柜上的翡翠项链，早上起来不翼而飞了，真的见鬼了，服务人员帮忙找了，也没找到，气死人😡

下午五点到酒店，订好的大床房还要等四十分钟，酒店没地方停车，需要自己再花钱停旁边的停车场，十二点必须退房，差评差评！！！

挺老的酒店，车位非常紧张，可以理解，但服务就不能理解了。提前预订好酒店，大门口挤满了车，地下车库都封了，到门厅处，保安说没地方你到后面看看，到了后面也没地方，后面的保安说酒店方面今天开会车位都满了，于是又到前面，保安说没办法，于是等了好久等到一个位置，就在门厅处。第二天走的时候保安提醒要收钱，我问前台，前台姑娘傲娇说地上全部收费地下免费，你说地下封了啊，姑娘摊手说停车就要看运气喽……住过最差的皇冠假日，没有之一。

床垫和床褥都比较舒服，加的枕头是荞麦的，比较适合小朋友。不能加房间原有的薄被子，后来帮我们找了一床毛毯勉强解决的问题，晾衣服的地方被保险柜占了大部分地方。卫生间的布置有点问题，浴缸没有浴帘，吹风放在洗面台上面，洗脸盆也是直接放在洗面台上，洗手的时候可能就把吹风和毛巾打湿了。
个人感觉这个酒店是商务风，亲子旅游不太合适
