酒店位置还算方便，唯一不满意的就是服务，前台全程没有笑容，好歹也算四星，连住两晚，第二天竟然没人收拾房间，清洁人员跑了三次都没有收拾利索，酒店对员工的培训和管理如此之差，不整顿，至少我不会第二次入住了！说真的，不如300多一晚的全季

酒店不错，靠近外滩，硬件设施很好。住客较多，入住手续较慢。泳池和健身房也很舒服。电视很小，空调声音大，一次性刮胡刀质量差。

住了4晚，位置很好近北外滩滨江公園，泳池不錯小孩喜歡，人很少，干净。房間有點小，二楼日餐好吃，服务好，住客有77折，前台如果能像迪士尼的酒店一样热情有礼，住客的心情会更好。总体算性价比不错的酒店
