酒店服务特别好 也很干净整洁卫生。隔音略差!其他真的很满意！还有机器人送外卖服务！唯一的不好就是这几天我住在酒店2天，回家后看新闻好多武汉人都来了上海，把新肺炎带到上海密集的地方。回忆起火车站附近有人打喷嚏不用手帕和手遮挡。想着有点后怕！酒店是真的很不错 服务很温馨！

房间很干净，不靠马路，比较安静，服务也好。楼下有个"大饭堂"吃饭方便，也有超市，比较便利，距离火车站也很近。

前台小姐姐很热情，服务也比较好，酒店环境挺不错的，我是和朋友一起出游的，出行的话也比较方便，地理位置也挺好。总体来说很不错??

服务很好，上海不提供牙刷了，酒店前台办理入住的时候，还给我们提供牙刷，服务很周到，酒店性价比很高，位置也很好，出行方便。

第二次入住了，总体尚可。晚上洗澡，淋浴房里的下水道完全塞住。卫生间的下水道也不通，水都漫进房间里。还好有个师傅及时疏通，并帮忙擦干净。办理入住、退房很快。
