服务巨差。服务员从不跟客人打招呼，上海人不会笑吗？这次去上海在上海出入境管理局办签证，各个都不会笑，一张死x的脸。上海是中国的一流城市怎么会这样。同是北京市公安局出入境管局，每个工作人员都很nice. 一个是天上，上海是地下。上海人比中国其他人高一等吗？笑话！！！
