通过艺龙预订酒店，费用是向酒店支付，却无名要客户支付订金，说得是一旦入住，立即退回，结果到退房后仍不退订金。打电话給客服，居然答复要退房后3-5个工作日退回。无端占用客户资金，太过分了，中国中介都这么缺乏良知吗？!
