为嘛在艺龙上预定就不能给酒店集团会员积分呢？这也没写在网页上，太不合理了吧！酒店房间很小，设施还行，但是但是但是最不能容忍的是竟然有人往门缝里塞某种低俗小广告！！！这也是皇冠假日级别的酒店会发生的么！保证以后不会再住了！

入住感受特别不好。前台退房时客服说话都是祈使句，感觉很不舒服，没有一身商务精英人士装扮也不带这样被对待的。然后早上在餐厅，在餐厅走来走去的工作人员对外国人很热情，对中国人冷漠些。
