一、艺龙预定服务有待加强
艺龙预定服务烦请仔细些，checkin时酒店反馈名字给我预留错了，又是查找预定信息又是核对时间颇是费了一番功夫才搞定。
二、酒店设施偏旧，客服系统没有打通
1、checkin时与前台沟通要求入住尽量安静的无烟房，结果给安排的是靠近轻轨线的低楼层（酒店靠近6号线轻轨线，浅眠的盆友入住时请申请酒店安排单数号的房间），在要求调换房间时客服反应比较快，房间从8层换成了22层的单号房，新房卡还亲自送到房间；
2、酒店设施偏旧，工作桌的抽屉打开要费点功夫才能合上。。地毯、沙发和工作凳看着有点点脏，地上还看到了上家客人预留的发卡；
3、checkin时已向前台要求延迟至下午2点退房，前台表示已按要求设置，结果退房日下午1点接到客房部电话说没有延迟退房，是否需要延迟退房？延迟至几点？必须2点前完成退房手续不然系统就自动增加半天房费之类的提醒，感觉checkin白说了，内部沟通效率不佳。
