与希尔顿的名声不符，房卡经常发生打不开门的情况，电话叫服务员过来开门等半天，在前台请服务员再授权一下房卡 ，明明有两个服务员，一个在办退房 一个在电脑上做别的事，告诉我只能等办退房那个服务员帮我授权，但退一个房也是等半天，我再次要求另一位服务员帮我办，很不情愿地帮我办了，说明她也能办。早餐排长龙，只好放弃不吃。

艺龙网上把钱交了，昨天入住的，到现在退房了，竟然酒店说还没有收到我的入住信息，艺龙收了我将近1500.现在酒店还押了我俩千的押金，我也是醉了，昨晚登记进酒店还等了老半天，电话都打爆了2560房

整体还不错～地铁站出来步行十分钟左右就到了～到科技馆步行15分钟左右～～～酒店应该是有些年代了～～～有游泳池～～～那边的阿姨很热情～～～
