酒店装修大气且有历史感，好多没住在这里的也跑过来照相，设施、卫生、硬件这些都没话说，而且就在外滩边上，出门逛南京路也方便，毕竟价格在那儿，有钱的话可以体验一下。早餐很一般，的确不能跟渡假型酒店比。
有件事心里不怎么舒服，酒店一楼有个爵士乐吧，有天晚上回酒店老公准备进去听下，刚走到门口，一个服务员就走了过来，说的第一句话就是：先生，我们这里的最低消费是200元。潜台词是什么，大家都懂，我不多说。当时真的是有点生气了！这么看不起人？！就算我消费不起，你是不是也应该先热情迎客到座位，等点单的时候再告知你们的规矩？任何一个从事服务行业的工作人员不管你面对什么样的客户都不应该是这种态度吧！而且后来也有老外进去，就没看到有这种待遇。同样都是人，为什么要划等级区别对待呢？！丢的不仅是自己的脸，也是酒店的脸，还有国人的脸！

老牌酒店底蕴深厚，硬件设施相对老房子来说已经很不错了，行政酒廊小点心蛮精致，屋顶看外滩和浦东非常棒，服务总体可以，预约酒店导引解说很有意思

酒店位置非常好，出门就是外滩，晚上即便人再多在房间里也听不到声音，房间很干净，人员服务都非常好，早餐也蛮丰盛，味道比较合口，干净卫生，感觉比在陆家嘴住的香格里拉酒店要好些的！以后还会继续选择和平饭店的！
