细节体现出用心，处处都很人性化，服务贴心又到位。唯一扣一颗星在卫生，具体体现在卫生间地面和浴缸的清理，向服务台反应后很快地解决了。总体很满意，希望以后精益求精！

很有故事的饭店，心仪已久，这次能够入住，觉得很荣幸。虽然已有些年代，但没有过时的感觉。高挑的大堂，热情的服务，舒适的房间，丰盛的早餐，处处彰显出五星级的水准！因为是第一次入住，总台办好手续后，还特地领着我们简单介绍一下餐厅，客房电梯等等。对外宾和内宾一视同仁，遇到任何一个酒店工作人员都笑脸相迎，耐心解答我们的问题。相当好的入住体验！

环境非常不错，入住的外国人居多，在上海有着百年历史的酒店，内设很豪华，很值得去体验一次，酒店的楼上酒吧看夜景拍照也是不错之选，餐厅口味也很不错，在上海来说酒店餐厅的价格也算适中
