体验非常差……预定了城景大床 到了以后说大床没了 要我加钱住别的房型 其他地方这种情况是直接升级的....我说没这道理....坚持了一下...又神奇的调出了大床房.....
下午茶体验很差……服务员从头到尾一副不专业加冷冰冰的表情....蛋糕居然没有菜单....要顾客自己走过去看要吃啥蛋糕....ORZ 我真的不敢相信这是国内一流的五星水平....
房间没有能喝的热水和茶包或咖啡....有起床喝热水的习惯……直接失望....
这个价格 在本区域可以随便挑酒店住....真的没必要住这里....在一个服务行业看到了国企的嘴脸.....
大部分酒店会员或特殊原因可以延迟到2点退房....因为我时间安排原因....被告知只能12点半.....态度也是极其冷淡 说完直接挂电话....
电话上没有明确的指南……打哪个键是客服或前台....我尝试播零...接通了....
总之就是 这家凯宾斯基在各个细节让你不爽....短短一晚的住宿 从各个维度让你感觉到他在陆家嘴这个地方的垄断霸主气势....
