前台小伙服务不错可以加分，服务人员没有见到客人问好的，电梯口交错，看你一眼就跟马路上人一样，一声没有，早餐咖啡杯内有飞虫，拿起来给服务人员看一眼，他们居然很漠然，问一下豆浆在哪里，直接用手一指，没有一点服务意识，房间潮湿味道很重，双床房的床很窄，太多缺点，同样是证大旗下，和喜马拉雅相比就是一个幼儿园水平和研究生的差距！
