性价比很高的酒店，位置、设施和服务都非常好。五楼健身房工作人员亲切热情，室外泳池很漂亮。酒店服务人员态度很好，前台董小姐对客热情友好。推荐入住！

酒店的环境很不错，大厅宽敞明亮，服务生细致周到进店开始行李就不用自己提了，checkin完把行李直接送到房间。早餐丰富非常好，环境好，人也不算太多不会拥挤。洗澡的水压非常冲，我们住38层呢。卫生间有设施老旧了，酒店都给更新了。酒店楼下一层就有星巴克，二层还有好几个不错的餐厅。酒店对面就是九六广场，餐厅星巴克奶茶店服装店都有，太方便了。总的来说是非常有性价比的。

早餐比较丰富，就吃了点冷盘;
机器人送物件也还算及时的;
大厅很气派，不愧是老五星;
电梯上下也很快，不过到地下室要换乘。
望下去有个小型室外游泳池，也能看到上海中心和环球金融中心。
出门就是96广场，吃饭选择面很大。

满意的一次下榻，位置非常方便，旁边就有商圈，离陆家嘴也不远，当时入住的时候还给升级了套房，在这个地点，有这个价位已经非常的划算了，下次来上海还会住这家！最近住酒店，很久没有用到欧舒丹的洗漱用品了，前几年在香港，澳门的时候倒是经常用到欧舒丹的洗漱用品，有一种久违了的感觉，非常满意

早餐很丰盛，傍晚加做了卫生，超级棒。虽然年代有些久远，但是服务很让人舒心，下次有机会一定再来住，也会介绍朋友同事们来住。
