订粤海无数次有时都懒得写点评了，这个点评必须重点写，5星好评都不够，必须10分！我们客人退房了去机场了，酒店经理联系我说在房间捡到钱了，问是不是我们客人掉的…出于谨慎负责，经理未预先告知我具体数额，说没多少，我以为就几百块呢，等我联系客人后，客人才想起来放在某某地方的多少钱忘记拿走了，位置与数额都经经理核实，第一时间把钱退还。3000多说多不多，但对于客房阿姨而言应该还是有小小诱惑力的，但她第一时间告知经理，经理亲自上去清点，然后第一时间联系我核实，确认无误后立马退还。这人品，这服务，这内控，这效率，这文化…哎，除了万分感激，我还能说啥，拾金不昧虽是传统美德，我们大多数人也都能做到，但还是觉得一早的正能量让我好感动，下次一定亲自去感谢。点评本来写完了，我忽然在想，有没有客人把钱放房间的保险柜的然后忘记的（我以前放过哈哈～），以后让阿姨打扫房间时再查查保险柜～
