这是我住过最垃圾的酒店 从酒店设施 到 人员服务 到早餐 号称五星级 其实比三星还烂。我们的房价空调关闭的情况下 热的睡不着觉。一家三口 宝宝才1岁多 熬到凌晨 打电话给前台解决不了 要求值班经理上来看 不来后来下楼找值班经理理论 无果 值班经理态度恶劣 嘲笑口吻说 既然你们这么热 那给你们送免费冷饮吧。后来在我们强烈要求下给了一台破电风扇。由于第二天要去展会 就将就睡了2，3个小时。 第二天早上工程部过来证实了 房间温度一直超过25度。然后我们要求换房间 中间各种扯皮 我们要求索赔 他们说不可能 不管是白天的值班经理 还是晚上的值班经理 或者更高一级 的领导 全程都是 嘲讽的态度。毫无歉意。一口咬定他们的房间没问题 而且拒不赔偿。我们长途旅行到上海出差 还碰到这个事情 身心俱疲 更担心宝宝。想找投诉的地方都没有。投诉电视台不了了之 投诉12315 也没有用。第二天换的房间 又是很冷的。但是冷也比热好啊 起码可以睡着了。由于已经付了三天的钱 只能住到第三天 赶紧换皇冠假日了。大家可以网上搜搜他们的事迹。估计老板也不是啥好鸟。早餐也很烂 大家一定要擦亮眼睛别订这家酒店
