带着爸妈去旅游，到前台办理入住时，前台看见我们三个大人就帮我们升级了家庭套房入住466，感谢前台的服务人员，装修新，卫生不错，床品也非常干净，美中不足的是，电梯总不好使，让70多岁的老人爬上爬下，还应该在酒店硬件设施的建设上下些功夫！
