住过很多外滩浦东五星酒店，这次是最满意的。酒店和外滩繁华地段的距离恰到好处，正好在黄浦江拐弯处，楼下就是江水，不隔马路，享有独一无二的无遮挡绝美景观。酒店附近很安静，外滩景观大道就在酒店门口，散步，跑步绝佳起点，商务，旅行都很适合。
景观房和行政房位置无敌，外滩，豫园，陆家嘴画卷大景尽收眼底。房间内装修有文化气息，书也是住过的五星酒店里最有品的，房间内观景喝茶看书，简直不能再放松了！进口花洒和智能马桶相当高级，淋浴特别舒服，不过好像不同房间用的品牌不同。
泳池景观完美，就是有点小，相比更爱在观景健身房望江奔跑。
酒店服务也很好，及时响应各种需求。尤其要感谢值班经理Andy，前台服务柳萌。我们度过了非常满足的周末，强烈推荐来上海住这里！

卫生间漏水，不光这个还有晚上我跟朋友去楼上酒吧，竟然让我出示房卡，而且态度不好找服务员点东西也爱搭不理，不像五星级的服务

这个酒店位置很好 设施也很不错 酒店大堂也很梦幻现代化 就是大堂过于热闹 有警察在调解矛盾 一波工作人员也在调解矛盾 行李可以送到房间 我们九点办理入住的时候被告知没有标间 只能大床房 十月份虽然天气不是很冷 因为没有标间想再要一床被子 被告知被子已经没有了 而且洗手池的下水也不是很好 我们第二天取行李大堂都没有人 酒店附近也没什么能吃饭的地方 感觉这个价位住这离真的很不值 不推荐！
