Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was extremely clean and the staff refilled the room necessities everyday. fresh towels were given everyday too. Location of the hotel was very convenient and accessible. Would 100% stay here again.

Book and stayed for five nights not really the best choice (should have change hotel halfway) Got a corner room that can oversee 上海tower but the room was very small with odd corners. I love the bed the pillow which was very comfortable design is very nice too. But what I think very lack is the attitude of the cleaner team just by simply go through the motion. More nights you stay they didn’t really bother to have your room tidy and clean. Second last night towel weren’t replaced cups weren’t washed and papers weren’t refilled. Even the bed make up wasn’t done properly. I suspect if the floors weren’t event mop. Good stuff is the service crew in this hotel group are very professional just change your cleaning team

酒店位置邻近南京东路地铁站， 往返机场或其他景点十分方便， 而且酒店附近很多食肆及商场， 步行几分钟便到达南京步行街， 酒店房间清洁舒适， 值得推介。

被分配到的房间厕所的花洒开关很难转，厕所的门也关不上，酒店每天只提供两瓶矿泉水，住过其他全季都是每天提供8瓶水一天。洗衣机烘乾机有各两架。期待有更好的体验
