放拖鞋地方很隐蔽；空调噪音大，睡不踏实；睡眠灯关不掉，除非拔掉用点卡……早餐种类少，与标价不符。卫生不错，安静，艺术摆件很多。晚上入住早上退房，没有参观艺术馆比较遗憾（艺术馆下午一点才开门）。

我定的大床房，网上付完款的，入住以后，到了房间是个标间，打电话给服务台，被告知说我们来晚了，特别可笑，我是付款了的，我来不来住这个钱是不给我退的，而且我入住时间并不晚，说什么没有大床房了，气死人的节奏，看我挺生气，过了一会又有大床房了，我定的两间大床房，结果真的给我两个标间，什么玩意儿啊.特别无语，
