有蟑螂 2只 半夜床上冒出 推测应该有一窝虫找不到

地理位置非常好交通方便，这条街上也有大壶春、小绍兴等美食非常好吃，餐饮营业时间一般在早七点半左右开业。但最近云南路有些地方在施工。宾馆工作人员态度不错，服务到位。房间床单被罩比较潮，可以开空调或自带一次性床单解决。没间房间安排的较近不隔音，如果晚上隔壁的动静大比较影响早睡的人。热水一直有。窗户外视野有限。总体来说性价比很高，从价格、交通、餐食三个角度来看，如果预算有限又想交通方便，这家宾馆还是挺不错的。

房间不错，就是有些老旧，没有那么新，房间大小也比如家那些快捷大，不过在这个寸土寸金的老城区，感觉这个价格这个房间很不错了。服务也挺好。总之比预期的要好，另外，走路到大世界地铁站1号口用时几分钟，去往外滩等还需要20分钟左右。

在锦江之星隔壁，到店安排的房间后有空调外机响，换房后听前台一再叮嘱阿姨记得复原，床单被罩坐过一定要记得全换，卫生服务都比较满意，以后需要还来

酒店真心超值。带着孩子出来玩，订了一个双床的，有窗户还可以看很远；窗外不是车水马龙的大马路，睡觉很安静； 2晚上走道没有听到什么扰乱休息的噪音，说明隔音尚好； 卫生间和床之间是实打实的墙不是玻璃； 空调很凉没有发出噪音。虽然没有早餐供应，但旁边有老乡鸡，大壶春，小绍兴等饭店，可以很容易找到吃的； 距离大世界地铁站走路大概5-6分钟的样子；距离大世界，外滩，博物馆走路距离大概十几分锺能到，就挺不错的。

设施：设施齐全，宾馆不带餐厅，但是周边餐馆很多，价格也都不贵
卫生：房间干净整洁
环境：10楼，晚上休息周围没啥噪音，就是卫生间排水静音不太好
服务：服务还算周到，有寄存处，但是门专人管理

曾经因为酒店位置好连续入住了几次，但这次体验很不好，以后不会再住了。
1）前台入住时收取了50块按金，退房时说没有收按金，告知那50块是房间升级的钱，但事实上，入住时前台说升级免费，可见酒店的管理非常混乱
2）酒店设施极度陈旧，某些地方还存在安全隐患，卫生间的灯只挂了半截。
3）整层楼的巨大黑色垃圾桶就在电梯入口处，每次进出看到都感觉很不舒服。

There were two receptionists—a young man and a young woman—both of whom appeared unhelpful, unprofessional, and unfriendly. Most concerningly, their behavior were slightly discriminatory toward tourist. They also seemed unfamiliar with standard procedures, to the point where we found ourselves having to assist them in completing their own tasks.
What’s even more concerning is that the housekeeping staff failed to clean our room during the day, which is highly unacceptable.
