先说优点：1、位置非常好，人民广场站走出来对面就是，离外滩南京路步行街非常近2、酒店外观非常漂亮很有历史感3、房间还挺大的，床也很舒服
然后说缺点：1、浴缸有头发，厕所的顶都半掉下来一块，房间这么大却很空旷....而且小冰柜里的水瓶子都变形了感觉过期了。2、安排的516房间窗户外是不知道啥玩意酒店环形起来的废地一样，有点恐怖...
总的来说感觉是一家安于现状的酒店，有这样好的历史条件背景竟然感觉还不如桔子水晶...如果想要地理位置好可以去各种民宿或者南京路上的快捷酒店，或者多花点钱去别的星级酒店。

酒店设施有些陈旧，卫生间淋浴的地方还有扇窗户，洗澡时有些漏风，花洒还是坏的。真担心孩子会感冒。服务一般般。进了客房温馨提示是这个是收费的，那个是需要赔的，看来这家酒店被人“洗劫”过。交通真的方便，这也是下次来再入住的唯一理由

交通便利，就在人民广场！服务态度好！前台看有空房（还没打扫完），先把房间开给我们，让我们放行李，省去寄存行李的麻烦！保洁阿姨看到我们有个小朋友，在打扫完后就多放了一双拖鞋！很贴心！下次我还会来的！
