位置便利，静安寺地铁站2号口出站过马路既是。以下跟酒店没有关系，单纯吐槽一下地铁，由于出口到酒店那侧没有人行横道，需要画个C字才能过到那边，当然也可以不出站走地下通道，通道出口不远就是（门在南京西路上），但没有上下电梯，拖行李比较不便，另外，可能2号线比较早，没有下的电梯，所以乘地铁去机场火车站枢纽拖行李比较不便，总之拖行李进出地铁无论上下都有不便之处。
酒店大堂在12楼，中午12点前退房，早餐也在12楼，品类不算丰富，分两个场地，但中餐西餐都有，中餐还有热炒的青菜，吃饱没有问题。
房间比较大，卫生间干湿分离，但可能时间太久玻璃胶老化吧，在淋浴房洗澡后，厕所那侧地上全是水，看了半天也不知道是怎么流过去的。
隔音比快捷酒店要好很多，至少来自酒店内部的噪音比较少，但酒店外的道路施工的噪音还是有些影响。

真正低调奢华有内涵的酒店，每次出差到上海，在静安寺附近住，竟然没注意到这么高品质的酒店。
