1.我艺龙上定了2个双床.结果到店只有大床.前台说要备注.打给艺龙电话明明是双床.而且艺龙app上没有备注可写.然后打给艺龙电话客服处理.5分钟.5分钟.整整等了10个5分钟.催了10次。都说5分钟后答复你.后来让我加床去艺龙赔偿.到了房间一股甲醛味.前台还让我没有办法.说没有房间了。后来叫来他们经理撤了半天给我换了一个我也是服.满房子甲醛味还让我理解旁边装修.其他都好评.挺喜欢这个酒店和位置.床大窗大卫生干净.早餐也可以.

小套房，有沙发，几个人过来开会没有问题。卫生间超大，非常好。早餐不错。附近餐饮也很多。交通十分便利。据地铁口10—20米吧，下雨不会淋到。屋内有伞。
