不错的体验和服务！柏悦酒店不用说了，位置黄金地段，硬件设施符合，关键是冲着国内最高酒店来的。要表扬前台展sir,因为预定的房间位置可能不太好，带小孩想看夜景，在讲清要求后不是一味的解释，而是在能解决的范围内积极替客人着想，谢谢！
