所谓的紫金楼超豪华大床房，硬件设施其实非常勉强，撑死边远地区小县城4星级的标准，实在是拉低了香格里拉的招牌。另外房间非常小，习惯性给个好评而已。不会再住第二次。

对比前一晚的华尔道夫，感觉香格里拉对客人的服务非常差，门口boy不耐心指导客人停车位置，入住接待人员口气也不好（好像怪罪客人没有把入住人员事先报备）到礼宾部也感觉很随意（不主动帮忙拿行李）整体都不好，不会再入住了。
