设施设备不错，符合五星标准，服务意识太差，特别是前台，没有笑脸，不耐烦，客人是花钱来看高冷脸的吗？行李员完全没有主动帮助客人提行李的态度，背着手，像看热闹的大爷，反正主动服务意识太差，完全感觉不到这是一个五星酒店服务的标准！好好培训一下员工，特别是几个老一点的前台服务员，服务意识差！差！差
