10月11日下午到达，前台Rachel美女亲切专业接待，问路李锦记大厦，礼宾部不知道名字帅小伙子还专门一遍遍地指路。12日为接待老师，在礼宾部问上海特色餐厅和水果，Richard非常专业介绍小南国和水果店。晚上回来房间叫餐服务也非常棒！满分好评！下次来必须还住铂尔曼。
