疫情期间入住，服务很满意。外卖送至酒店门口后会由礼宾部取并由机器人送至房间。酒店在衡复风貌区，离武康路安福路都很近，客房小而精致，园林很美。卫生间使用了智能马桶，戴森吹风机，咖啡机也不错。因为疫情封控被要求提前离店，酒店给安排了集团下的马勒花园并派车送过去。总体来说这个位置、设施和酒店服务对的起这个价格。会再住的

生日再次入住，送了蛋糕🍰，6寸的，超过小朋友预期，属于来了不想走的类型。另外安利客房送餐，很棒。小朋友说了，下次生日还来。

很温馨，很舒服的酒店，酒店的氛围非常好，前台的接待很值得点赞，一直接待送到电梯口，这次是升级住宿，房间寝具很好睡眠，配有乳胶和羽绒的枕头。
买的是有晚餐的套餐，周末自助餐量少质精，服务也是很好，会照顾到顾客的需要，非常满意的住宿。

从进酒店到入住每位客服人员都礼貌待人。入住酒店当天正好是生日，酒店赠送了生日卡片和蛋糕，使我感到好温暖，谢谢兴国宾馆。房间布置温馨、舒适，还配有胶囊咖啡机，戴森吹风机，洗漱用品也是品牌的。交通便利。环境优美，一步一景。

老牌酒店，很有风情
房间中规中矩，早餐种类虽然不那么多，但是味道也还可以，地理位置优秀
我们十二点之前就到了酒店，没有房间，但是前台的小哥哥（姓顾还是段来的，又或者都不是，我给忘了😂）很积极帮助协调，其中一件还给我升级了专门的女性楼层。
整体人都不多，挺好的。
