酒店还算不错，前台服务很好，但是大堂的服务员不是非常积极主动，也没有笑脸，有事情要叫到他们才会去做，这方面的服务还要多多培训。（入住时候的大堂服务还不错，在退房的时候，碰到这样的情况）
