很不好的入住体验，酒店门口服务生看到我拿着多件行李没有上来帮拿的，我通过同程订的该酒店豪华单间订单已经确认但是在前台查不到我的入住信息，在经历与同程及酒店三方沟通之后最后以没有单间了，问我接不接受标间解决，等待期间办理的前台人员走开，态度也一般。本来没想点评的，在我退完房在酒店门口上车的时候，大门服务经理居然很冒昧的当着朋友问我手上拿的一幅字画是不是从他们楼上房间拿的，这是五星级酒店服务人员该有的素质吗？
