空调模式只有冷风 没有暖风 空调声音吵杂 房间信号爆差一会有一会无 无法看视频短片 借路由器就说没有 不间断供电插座坏 床的舒适度还可以 别的不如一家三星酒店

服务不满意，特别像我带着老小，非自驾去迪斯尼的亲们，建议另寻酒店：br1、上海迪斯尼烟火结束出来的人比较多，离停车场有一段距离，不熟悉走个20～30min是正常的。br2、定的酒店接送车，晚上出发是9:20发车，迪士尼看完烟火接近9:00。br3、酒店的车没有明显标志，靠车牌识别，9:00以后接送车的联系电话也呈关机状态。br4、拖着女儿跑到停车场找到车位是9:22了，旁边其他酒店的接送车司机说走了。电话还是呈关机状态。br5、后来在旁边司机看我们满身疲惫，打车难打的情况下，带我们去搭了麦新格的车，为在停车场等待客人的麦新格的酒店经理打call。br6、毕竟是五🌟的酒店，除了环境及酒店人员应有的微笑和礼貌，服务最重要。另外建议酒店在退房时主动出具发票，而不是等待客人索要。
