服务配不上五星，很不满意。入住前一晚提前电话确认需要婴儿床，酒店的回复是：会记录需求，如果有客人退房，婴儿床空出会优先安排。结果第二天入住时，房间内并无婴儿床，打电话至客服，根本不知道我们要婴儿床的需求，客服还要打电话去确认是否有婴儿床，前前后后打了三次电话催，历时半小时，总算得到确认有婴儿床。
如此曲折的安排婴儿床经历，简直是对五星级酒店的侮辱！请问服务何在？为何确认是否有婴儿床需要半个小时之久？为何已经提前预约了，在明明有婴儿床的情况下，并没有给我安排放入放房间？
人性化的服务是对五星级起码的尊重！

巴黎春天很近 临街的房间有点吵，预定的双床，到前台开始说没有双床只有大床，本人一再坚持说是出差没办法接受大床，前台又说给安排到公寓楼，本人坚持不接受，前台犹豫了一会又说有了，客户体验非常不好！
