酒店服务人员态度还不错，但是中餐厅的就不行，我们本来准备晚餐在酒店吃自助餐，去之前也特地打电话问了住店客人有没有优惠什么的，说的清清楚楚是比原价优惠了40元每位，开餐时间到餐厅，一个类似女主管的说住店客人也是按原价的，跟她说我们之前打电话问了的，结果她来一句我天天上班什么价格还不知道吗？其实不是在乎那点优惠，只不过这样说话让人入住感太差。五星级酒店的服务员连跟客人好好说话的礼貌都没有吗？好好解释一下也不会？本来也是你们酒店给客人传递了错误信息！
